Hello, I'm Matthew
I used to run a manufacturing operation as a Plant Manager, encompassing 300 people, 3 facilities and 3 shifts with 7 children at home (now 11). Through this firsthand experience, I intimately understand the persistent challenges that come with manufacturing. Despite achieving success, there was an underlying need to limit growth to upkeep the day-to-day operations.
Since, I've taken a step back to learn & adopt practices that wouldn't involve clocking in more hours or being away from family without sacrificing production or revenue.
