Matthew is a welcome addition to our team as a consultant. He is a no nonsense professional passionate about efficiency and improvement. He took on a project and the results were: we picked up time, reduced the possibility of errors, added transparency intradepartmentally and interdepartmentally, leveraged technology, engaged our team, and it was all done as quickly as we were able to go. He recognizes other’s skills and uses them efficiently. This resulted in engaging others on our team and saving us money. I recommend Matthew if you are serious about gaining efficiencies in pursuit of world class operations.

I have had the privilege to work under Matthew on two separate occasions and his leadership style is consistent and powerful. He embodies servant leadership and has a daily focus on developing people. While he is highly knowledgeable in manufacturing excellence and lean tools, he believes in creating a strong and positive company culture where team members are empowered, trusted, and respected. His quarterly team outings of volunteering and his newsletters which highlight team accomplishments and company improvements are small examples of his commitment to a positive company culture. I worked with Matt while @ FC Lighting. Matt was instrumental in the makeover/turnaround of FC Lighting by completely re-organizing the Operations Group. Matt's focus on our delivery issues lead the drive towards world class delivery metrics all while our revenues grew @ a spectacular rate. No easy feat. 

 Matt also led our organization through a upgrade of our ERP system setting the stage for future growth with a ERP system ready for unlimited growth and the ability to produce much needed metrics and real time decision data. 

 Additionally, Matt was a pleasure to work with, always positive and willing to share information and ideas always with the goal of "what's best for company" ethos...
